Not sure how I missed this, but the U.S. Supreme Court has decided to hear the case involving the Susan B. Anthony List and former Congressman Steve Driehaus. The SBA charged that Driehaus' vote for the Affordable Care Act was a vote for taxpayer funded abortions. An Ohio law forbids political ads that contain a known lie. It appears the Supreme Court will decide the case on procedural grounds, but would it not be fascinating if they get to the heart of the issue: Who decides what, in political debate, constitutes a lie?
