William Bole has a great article in the current issue of Boston College's magazine on the Catholic Conversation Project, the annual meeting of young theologians that has been going on for the past four years. Unsurprisingly, Bole captures the real flavor of the meeting this past August which, unfortunately, I was unable to attend due to doggie rehab. These young theologians are the future of Catholic theology in this country, and their willingness to engage each other in a "safe" space, free from the academic and ideological wars all around them, gives great hope.
