In last Sunday's Outlook section, Rachel Held Evans argues that millennials are not looking for flashy, high-tech worship services: They want substance, especially ancient substance. In Chicago, Archbishop Blase Cupich has created a new position - chief operating officer - and has named a laywoman, Betsy Bohlen, to the post. At this moment in the history of our Church in the U.S., the three largest ministries in the Church - Catholic Charities USA, Catholic Health Association & Catholic Relief Services - are all led by women.
