MSW's HHS Update At the Tablet

In the current issue of the Tablet, I have an update on the HHS Mandate controversy, which of course is being overtaken by year-end judicial events. Still, I think it is worth a read not least because Rick Garnett of Notre Dame is heavily quoted and he continues to make the most cogent arguments against the mandate of anyone out there. (Even though we still disagree on Hobby Lobby!)
