Pro-union protesters need patient persistence

It is a pertinent riff on Wisconsin’s collective bargaining debate. Denying worker participation in decisions about working conditions, e.g. teachers’ roles in scheduling, curriculum development, student tracking, etc, lessens worker commitment to the work.

Governor Walker is attacking the common good with his “my way or the highway” approach to governance, but making the case for a more inclusive model of decision-making will take patient persistence as well as sleep-overs in the Capitol rotunda. This video is a piece of that model.
