John Allen will take part in a panel discussion on "reasons for hope" on Saturday, January 17, as part of a two-day series of events organized by the Communion and Liberation movement and the Crossroad Cultural Center in New York. Other panelists include Fr. Julián Carrón, President of Communion and Liberation; Monsignor Lorenzo Albacete, noted theologian and author; and Edward Nelson, professor of mathematics at Princeton. The presentation, which is open to the public, will be held at the Jack H. Skirball Center for the Performing Arts at New York University, 566 LaGuardia Place at Washington Square South, New York. A free ticket is required for admission, and they will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning at 2:00 pm.
