Sex abuse survivors' advocacy group wants two bishops blocked from ministry. The two bishops in question are Bishop Robert Finn, who resigned several years after his misdemeanor conviction for failing to report suspected child abuse, and retired Bishop Joseph Hart, who's been accused of abusing minors. They both have ties to the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph, Missouri, so the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests has directed its request to the diocese's current bishop.
