Amplifying the color of hope in El Salvador: Through a joint initiative called the Color Movement, two Minnesota-based organizations, Alight and Sisters Rising Worldwide, are focusing on gang-challenged Salvadoran neighborhoods. The initiative supports the work of 10 sisters from two congregations: Trusted in the neighborhoods, the sisters "are a 'force field' of safety."
